You're so right, what they did to the Cake Mate logo is unconscionable!! This was such a fun read, I've got a couple cake decorating books in my collection and they're always exciting. Also super glad you included the clowns, because those guys are EVERYWHERE in cake decorating cookbooks and always make me laugh. Haha.
